Some people commit to getting up early in the morning and exercising, while others prefer to do it in the evening after work. The important thing is to do what works best for you. Get Fit is not better than the others. You are the one who knows yourself best. Be honest when creating your training plan, especially if you’re not a big fan of training.
The same thing happens when you change your eating habits. Trying to cut out sweets altogether will make things miserable if you’re someone who loves sweets. You are unlikely to succeed if you try to follow a “No Candy” rule.
Establishing new and healthy habits is definitely not easy. Don’t make it harder for yourself by setting healthy eating goals or an exercise plan that doesn’t suit your personality and preferences.
